What You Need to Know.
Please read the following points carefully to avoid misunderstandings and to make sure your Krav Maga Online training is a full success.

Introductory call
Before you start the course we offer a short personal introductory call so we can get to know each other and answer any preliminary questions.

Start call
After payment and activation you’ll receive a second personal call to make your start as smooth as possible and to get practical tips from our instructors’ experience.

Training partner
Important: choose a training partner with at least basic martial-arts experience. If attacks are performed incorrectly, we cannot assess your counters properly. Some techniques and drills require a certain physical robustness — self-defense must be demonstrated clearly.

Homework videos (filming)
Please film so your entire body is visible and both sides (left/right angles) can be seen.

Take your time
Although modules have completion timeframes, study the videos and train thoroughly. Typical mistakes we see: watching a video only once or twice and merely copying it; sending too many videos at once; not following the explanations and adding your own interpretation.

Don’t send too many videos at once
Exercises often build on each other. If the first submission contains an error, subsequent videos usually repeat it — and will need to be redone. Modules normally include several lessons; we strongly recommend sending no more than 3 homework videos per module and then waiting for your instructor’s review.

Don’t take feedback personally
Many corrections focus on small but crucial details. Trainers may ask you to re-record several times — online correction can take longer than on-site when multiple fixes are needed. Our instructors have years of experience across martial styles and base their evaluations on clear criteria. Leave your ego at the door — you’re here to learn.
